Why do you still maintain the monthly manual test on this device when it is self testing every 3 seconds and fails safe? The monthly testing requirement is a huge burden for hospitals where an electrician has to go check 500+ devices each month.
The self test feature does not open and close the contacts. To exercise the contacts requires pushing the Test button.
