Why does product 2097HGW also state that it's tamper resistant? Are both HG Gfci receptacles tamper resistant?

are these marked on the front as tamper resistant to easily identify if it is?

All of our GFCI's have the TR stamp on the outer edge of the receptacle body as shown on the attached image. UL no longer requires the stamp to be on the actual face of the receptacle.
