Thank you for your inquiry. The 3890 requires 14-16lb torque with a #1 Robertson bit.

#3890CC6- can I use this outlet on my existing three wire of black, white, and ground?

The 3890 outlet is for 50 amps 125/250 volts. It requires two hots and a neutral. It does not have a ground connection so it will not work with the wiring combination that you mentioned.

what is the right wall SS and plastic plate for this device?
