This kit uses a wireless switch to easily add on-wall control of an outlet, then simply flip the switch to control a plugged-in lamp or small appliance.

To start, replace an existing outlet with the kit’s radiant® 15A Outlet (wired). Then use the included battery-powered radiant® Wireless Switch to add on-wall control wherever it is desired. The Wireless Switch mounts to any wall or surface – without cutting, wiring or tools – using the provided adhesive. The devices come pre-paired, letting you add switch control in seconds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Installation and works great! Installation was very easy thanks to the instructions with illustrations. I was able to change out receptacles and had it working in about 15 minutes. The bottom outlet is always on, only the top outlet is controlled with the switch. I like that the switch is wireless so it can be mounted anywhere you choose. This switch can also be controlled with the Netatmo app so you can turn your light on when you’re not at home. Love this product and will be purchasing another one soon I can control other lights in our home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really nice We were very excited to have gotten this! We looked into getting a couple of these when we moved into our new home. However, the cost of these strayed us away from them. Now that we got one, we put it in the living room. It has become very handy with turning on the lamp we use! Makes it feel more techy. My husband said it wasn't very different than installing traditional outlets.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not Smart This was very easy to install and quickly was able to replace the existing outlet under my bed. Then just add the switch anywhere on your wall and just like that my lamps now turn on on both sides of the bed with a click of a button. there is the ability to make this work but you need an additional price I would’ve assumed it came with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Kit This is a really safe and easy installation product to do on your own. I had my husband install it and it saved him from doing any type of wiring job. It looks nice and so far no issues. The only reason I give this four stars is because of the major price tag, is definitely would be super expensive to purchase more and not entirely worth the over $100 price tag. for what you get.

Do I need a Netatmo gateway to add a 2nd switch?
