While I am no electrician, I have done many home improvements and have installed a few things here and there. This comes with a thorough installation guide and even with my novice experience, it was very easy to install.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cool Features The Legrand Smart Outlet in white is wifi certified. This outlet works with good assistant and Alexa. I like that I can set the system up with any small appliances and lamps with this outlet. All I have to do is replace the existing outlet with a smart outlet then download the smart lights app either on the good play or the app store. I use the app to connect to the smart outlet. I find it convenient to use with my lamp because I forget to manually turn it off before I leave and this makes it so easy for me because I have the phone with me before I leave and I just have to turn the app on and turn off the light. It makes a lot of things easy to do. I even use this for the tv so I can easily turn it on and off if I can not find the remote control. I find the installation to be easy to follow. I just only had to remove the old outlet to use the legrand smart outlet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to install Easy to install, easy to use, I truly enjoy being able to control the outlet and being able to turn things off from a tap on my phone. The white is a fresh bright white that matches my existing outlets perfectly. I can’t wait to convert every outlet in my house.

Can this smart outlet be paired with a smart switch (e.g. companion switch) so that one can control the switched receptacle from an app and from a wall-mounted switch? The smart outlets by Leviton have this functionality.

what is the wi-fi range of the wwrr15

Can I use this for an air conditioner?

Hello, Please review the image of the supported load specifications for Smart Outlet WWRR15WHCCV2. The A/C unit would need to fit within the specifications outlined in the attached photo, we would also recommend a simple on/off variation of A/C unit. Example: WWRR15WHCCV2 via the application disconnects power and in turn disables the A/C unit. The A/C unit will essentially always need to be on for the smart switch to restore power to the A/C unit. For control of downstream outlets, can you control them separately? Or are they all controlled simultaneously?
