How can I know if an existing Plugmold is tamper resistant? Is there a "TR" marking on the receptacle or unit somewhere? Thanks
Hello Thomas,
There are a couple ways to identify whether or not your Plugmold strip has tamper resistant outlets. A product label should be located on the exterior of the base. If the part# on the product label contains "TR" this indicates the strip would have tamper resistant receptacles. The other way to identify is by taking a close look at the individual receptacle itself. A strip with tamper resistant receptacles will have a "TR" indicating mark on the receptacle.
Thank you for your question.
