Add contemporary style, safely, to kitchens, bathrooms and more, with GFCI Outlets from the adorne Collection. Meeting Electrical Code* for ground fault protection in the home, GFCI outlets make it easier to fix trips right where they happen – no more confusion or running to the breaker box. The adorne GFCI Outlets also self-test automatically every three seconds to ensure reliable protection from shock due to ground fault occurrences.
*GFCI protection is required by code in bathrooms, kitchens, garages, basements, outdoor areas, and for any other outlets found within six feet of a sink or water source. GFCI outlets should always be used when replacing existing GFCI outlets during renovation.
Made exclusively for use with screwless Wall Plates from the adorne® Collection, sold separately.
What does it mean when the red light is permanently on? It’s not blinking on and off…. it’s lit all the time.
Asked by: Victoria
The Solid "RED" light indicator means the GFCI has tripped. Please press the "Reset" button on the device to resume regular operation.

I am trying to match the LeGrand bathroom outlets in our new condo. They are Legrand and are gray chrome. I am not sure if that is magnesium or not? If I send you a photo of what we have, would you be able to help me match it to your products? Thx.
Asked by: Colette
That definitely looks like magnesium.

Are they outdoor rated? Do they need a cover?
Asked by: mike40cal
I believe they are only meant for inside use. Potentially it could be housed in a weather proof housing and used outside. There are better choices for outside use.

The GFCI receptacle will fit into a standard size box.

Is the GFI compatible with the under cabinet mounting Adorne tracks?
Asked by: Mike
Not unless you can find the "FRAME" that is required for the outlet to fit in. The Adorne under the cabinet lighting systems is not installer friendly at all and this website officers little to no support. Never again will I purchase anything from this company.

This GFCI outlet has been installed and operating correctly for about 4 years. Today the GFCI tripped and will not reset. The Reset button is out, the Trip Indicator light is illuminated, but the Reset button will not stay in when pressed.
Asked by: Mark
I had the same problem and mine showed signs of melting as well. I had to replace the GFCI outlet. Lasted about a year. Apparently Legrand has a design/build problem.

Which wallplate would I use for your two outlet GFCI from your adorn collection, because it looks like the GFCI outlet takes the space of one gang. (I need it in black)
Asked by: gnthill
If you are installing one GFCI in a 1 gang electrical box, you would need a 1 gang wallplate. We have Black Ink and Graphite in the Nylon plates:
