Can this be paired with an outlet, like you would pair the USB with an outlet? converting a room into a home office.

You could pair it with a receptacle BUT you would have to do it in a 2-gang box and Wall Plate. The Adorne Series has a rather large footprint that precludes it from stacking in a Single Gang box.

Can I run power through this insert via PoE? If so, is there a watts limitation?
