Frustrated
I have been unable to get the Gateway connected to my network even after a few calls to technical support at Legrand. I even purchased a second Gateway to munt closer to my access point and I still can't get it connected. These Gateways and associated switches are not cheap and the entire process has been very frustrating even with my background in local networks.

Netatmo Smart Outlet
The Smart outlet with Netatmo allows one to "modify" an existing outlet location such that it creates a switched outlet. One can then locate a table lamp, free standing lamp such that thru the app the light operates as if it was plugged into a switched outlet. A creative way to make a switched outlet without having to have a second HOT wire present in the electrical box. I have also used the Smart outlet to remotely control, (at a house I occupy 5 months of the year), a PoE switch. I have had the occasional need to recycle the switch in addition to rebooting the switch. A very slick technology. One must ensure that a neutral wire is present in the box.

What a Cluster!
I'm in a process of building a new home and wanted to experiment with Legrand in my current home to see if this is the right product for my new home. I just received a WNAH1. Got it installed. I'm attempting to set up through the Home+Control app. During the set up process, I'm being asked for a HomeKit code. There isn't a HomeKit code to be found. Not on the box. Not on the device. Not on the instructions that were shipped with it (instructions which were for a WNAL23 by the way). I talked to a customer service representative who basically talked down to me telling me on his device, etc, etc, etc. Wouldn't listen to what I was telling him. I paid $175 for this device. I bought it off of your website. If I don't get some answers, you'll probably lose a sale of 100-ish devices for my new home.

Get Smart!
We installed Adorne wireless smart switches and outlets in our newly constructed home in Savannah GA. The installation process was easy, just like putting in regular switches and outlets. Setting up your network is easy too. Just download the App and start adding your smart switches and outlets. All you need to do is name the switches and outlets and place them in the appropriate room on the App. It literally takes less than a minute per switch. You then can control your lights and outlets from your phone or IPad or both. Schedule your lights to come on and go off. Do it anywhere. See what lights are on from the App. Schedule an outlet to come on and go off. Add a wireless switch anywhere to make a 3 way switch. Install or add as many smart switches as you like. The look of the Adorne
switches and outlets is so much nicer than the standard wall plates that are commonly used. Look into the Wave switch. They also have standard paddle switches when you don’t need a wireless. The App shows how much energy you’re using. We love the Adorne line by LeGrand.

Can the Adorne Switch with Netatmo be installed without a gateway and still function as a normal switch? Planning to add the gateway later for smart function.

Can you set a schedule in the app for the wall mount 20 amp plug to come off and on at a set time in the day or night.... letting the plug dispense power on a designated time in the day or night ....? Model # WNRR20 example: on 6:00PM then off 2:30AM

Is the WNAH1 functionally different in any way compared to the WNAH2 or WNRH1 (radiant version)? For example does it have different specs, capabilities, wireless performance? Why is the module size of the WNAH1 so much larger than the WNAH2?
Thank you for your inquiry. The adorne WNAH1W1, WNAH2W1, and WNRH1W1 all share the same circuitry and will perform the same. The WNAH2W1 is designed for retrofit applications and includes a custom 2-gang adorne subframe.

Does the Netatmo gateway need to be near the smart switch, or just on the same Wifi network? I have a mesh network that extends to a detached office where the switch will be, but I would put the gateway in the main house.
Needs to be connected to your wifi network. It then communicates with all of your smart switches, I believe by creating its own mesh network in a sense. I have my gateway in one room of my house and all switches throughout the house work flawlessly. Hope this helps.

Do the adorne® Whisper® Switches work with the netatmo bridge?
The adorne whisper switches will not be compatible with the adorne smart gateway. Only products that reference "with netatmo" will be compatible for use with the adorne smart system.

For the Legrand Adorne switches can you combine smart switches with non-smart switches in the same 2-6 gang outlet (within same wall plate), or must every switch be a smart switch?

i brought smart Tru-Universal Dimmer and switch interruptor ASPD1532W4. Are both compatible if i want it to be 3 way. Due instruction said WNAL63 works for 3 ways. I can't find WNAL63
Thank you for your inquiry. The adorne with Netatmo Dimmer (WNAL50W1) requires a Netatmo Gateway and either the wireless switch (WNAL23W1) or the wireless dimmer (WNAL63W1) to complete a 3-way configuration.
