This was actually exactly what I’ve been needing as one of the few wall plates in my home that i hadn’t changed (never realized how challenging that process could be!) having installed all shapes and sizes, i feel i have an unnatural amount of experience with these and can fairly rank it against others. Installing it was one of the easiest, even for the DIY-challenged. I first spray painted it matte black in my garage (impossible color to find - never knew how easy THIS could be too!) once dry, it was a cinch. The screwless deal? A dreammmm! And id never heard of this, it's got antimicrobial mojo – a germ-free power move!!!! I’ve spent hours spraying anti mold deep into the dark wall plate holes followed by hand cut foam (foam? Felt? Uhh) so to see that as already being included - WOW! Christmas came early. Blends seamlessly, threw in my dimmer switch and voila! wall plate isn't just functional; it's a style upgrade - and such an easy one!
