Can the CPT7562WHR6 be used without a medial enclosure? i.e. can the upper receptacle legally & safely be mounted directly to drywall vs. mounted in one of your media enclosures? Thanks!

The upper receptacle needs to be installed in an electrical gang-box, its requirements are no different than any other electrical receptacle.
