Is this a compatible cover to the Wiremold 2181 cover?

Hello. The Wiremold cover with 2181 stamped on it is actually part number 895T, which is a cover for tile applications. The 895 cover (which has 2183 stamped on it) does fit the same boxes as the 895T. The 895 is designed for carpet and various other types of flooring, but would work with tile as well, as it's installed on the floor surface. Thanks!

Where can I get the three screws for the brass duplex cover plate with flip lids?  My contractor lost mine.
