How to Adjust the Settings of a Smart Dimmer Switch
Adjusting your smart dimmer settings is easy and gives you the power to fine tune settings for each light to your liking. It allows for control of the maximum and minimum brightness of a light in the home and simplifies adjustments of lights that flicker.
Customize the Brightness of Your Lighting with a Smart Dimmer
The Legrand Home + Control app enables you to quickly adjust your smart dimmer switch settings directly within the app without needing to be physically at the dimmer.
- Open the app and tap the settings icon in the bottom-right
- Select “Manage my Home”.
- Select the room where the dimmer is installed and then the dimmer you would like to adjust.
- Within the dimmer settings you can adjust the maximum and minimum brightness levels as well as adjust the dimming mode to match your fixture requirements.
- If you experience flickering or your light fixtures are too bright, try adjusting the trim levels one at a time.
- After adjusting the trim levels by a small percentage turn your light on and check the light level.
- Continue making small adjustments as needed.
